FAQs about SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS

Please review answers to some frequently asked questions:

What is the difference between a workshop and a seminar?

A workshop is a more hands-on presentation. I like to use a roundtable format whenever possible. It is an interactive environment and it is geared towards those who really want to walk away with specific information with which to take action. Workshops tend to work with smaller groups than seminars which have no limitations of size. A seminar is more of a formal presentation although there is always time for Q&A's.

What if I register for a workshop or seminar but cannot attend?

We understand that this is an investment of both time and money for you and/or your company and try to accommodate your needs as best we can. Therefore, you can transfer to a future session of the same topic or you can send someone in your absence without penalty at any time up to two weeks prior to your registered seminar/workshop. We oftentimes have a waiting list and we try to give those people notice when a space opens up for them. If you are outside of these parameters, you are responsible for the entire seminar/workshop fee.
