RZC provides senior organizing services
(All the services described under 'Organizing' are available, however, in addition there is a strong emphasis on services of special value to seniors.)
NASSM
RZC is a NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers) approved company, the premier provider of senior moves and relocation. We are also educated in senior transitions and support seniors who want to Age-In-Place. In addition, we offer customized concierge services to our senior clients and partner with them to support their wants and needs. Downsizing
This is an area that can affect everyone, however, as we age, we often find ourselves overwhelmed with “things” from years of collecting and just living. Whether you are moving or just want to declutter where you live, our organizers are there to help you with a calm and understanding approach. No one will ever make you discard your possessions; instead we will try to help you decide which possessions are still really meaningful to you. Remember you are so much more than your stuff.
Age-in-Place
We fully support seniors wanting to stay in their homes. We will support you by helping you with decluttering, discussing and implementing safety precautions and offering customized concierge services. We can:
- Organize any room in the home, such as the attic, basement, garage, kitchen, etc.
- Organize all closets.
- Organize for safety.
- Help with paperwork, bills, insurance filing, the computer, etc.
Senior Moves
Oftentimes the longer you have lived in one place, the more overwhelming it seems to be to even think about moving. We understand this and will help and guide you through the process so that it becomes a stress free transition. While it is sometimes hard to make changes, looking at all of the positive sides of any transition helps clear the path to your happy future.
Moving-Out Services
Moving Out Services include but are not limited to:
- Creating Timeline.
- Hiring, Coordinating and/or Directing movers.
- Taking home inventory (print, video and/or photo).
- Sorting & Organizing each room.
- Discarding, Donating & Selling items.
- Overseeing & Packing the contents of the home.
- Labeling boxes accurately for efficient delivery and Move-In.
- Completing house prep & Cleaning prior to closing.
Moving-In Services
Moving In Services include but are not limited to:
- Creating Timeline.
- Coordinating all aspects with movers.
- Completing house prep.
- Cleaning prior to Move-In
- Unpacking, Organizing & Putting away all items in every room.
- Arranging furniture, equipment & other items.
- Coordinating other specialists such as electricians, plumbers, painters, etc.
