The Organizing Assessment gives you:

• A walk through of the entire house to note what can be done to organize to achieve your goals.
• Photos of anything you want to sell.
• Three Specialists (e.g. Auction Houses, Liquidators, Private Buyers) to consider buying the items you have for sale.
• Top Tips.
• Arranging donations and junk removal.

The Senior Assessment gives you:

• A walk through of the entire house to note what can be done to achieve your goals.
• Photos of anything you want to sell.
• Three Specialists (e.g. Auction Houses, Liquidators, Private Buyers) to consider buying the items you have for sale.
• Our 'Home Safety Checklist'.
• Arranging donations and junk removal.

The Estate Services Assessment gives you:

• A walk through of the entire house to note what can be done re. disposition of estate.
• Photos of anything you want to sell.
• Three Specialists re. disposition of estate (e.g. Auction Houses, Liquidators, Private Buyers) to consider buying the items you have for sale.
• A timeline to organize your goals.
• Arranging an appraiser when necessary.
• Prep to put property on the market.
